DTE Energy - Spent thousands and got pushed off a extra day

Spent over 2000 dollars and was told I would be given a courtesy call when the installer would be here which I never got then the man shows up at 1030 when he was supposed to be here around 12 is what I was told. Was put on hold by customer service to cool off because I needed time to chill out lol and was told they can’t get 1 person out of there 100s of employees to install a meter which is a 5 minute job. Asked him to give me 20 minutes and he was not able to wait. I have 3 children all under 5 and the weather is 20 degrees currently I also have 3 dogs horses and goats that need heat. Wish I never changed over

45 minutes to 60 minutes hold time to speak to representative.. website most of the time down... Please change the server or change the team....In simple words DTE MICHIGAN is horrible

DTE Energy - Really

I have been trying to contact consumer resolution and having my power turned on since 12 December the power is still currently not on my home and I’m having to run propane to keep my house from freezing and this is after three weeks of having the bill paid

DTE Energy - Auto pay issue

I set up autopay to pay my monthly bill. In checking my statement it show 0.00 taken out called dte stated an I T. issue they will open a ticket. Sorry about that please pay your bill. Real nice system had this problem since they went to one bill instead of the old way of 2bills.
