Lost power on March 8th , and power was not restored until March 12th , numerous calls to customer service (they are the worst ) did not care about anyone, jyst kept saying they are doing the best they can , except for thr fact on their Facebook page , line workers had time to post selfies, as you see they don't care , tried asking for reimbursement, but thet said they are not responsible for the loss of power , its only because a state law they will reimburse you $25 credit , i lost over $200 worth of frozen food , they didnt care , everyone that lost power should file a class action law suit for reimbursement.
